When you run your own business you are responsible for everything!! Sometimes all of that extra responsibility can leave you in a funk or frazzled. Self-care is key for my sanity and yoga is a practice that helps. Yoga helps me to reconnect and focus and it could be a self-care practise that checks all the boxes.
